Welcome to TradeJerry.in ("TradeJerry", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeJerry website, applications, marketplace, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

1. About TradeJerry

TradeJerry is an online marketplace platform that enables buyers and sellers to discover products, businesses, and services and communicate with each other.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TradeJerry does not manufacture, own, stock, or directly sell products listed by independent sellers.

Sellers are responsible for their products, product descriptions, pricing, availability, quality, warranties, delivery, returns, and other obligations relating to their listings and transactions.

2. Eligibility

You may use TradeJerry only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you use TradeJerry on behalf of a company, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify TradeJerry promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information and seller-provided terms before making a purchase or entering into an agreement with a seller.

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing enquiries or orders.
  • Use the Services for lawful purposes.
  • Communicate with sellers honestly and respectfully.
  • Review applicable seller policies before completing transactions.
  • Not misuse the TradeJerry platform.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the information and products they publish on TradeJerry.

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete product information.
  • Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
  • Have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for products, images, trademarks, and content they publish.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Fulfil accepted orders or commitments.
  • Handle applicable customer service, returns, replacements, warranties, and refunds.
  • Not publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or counterfeit products or information.

6. Product Listings

Sellers may create product listings containing descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs, videos, documents, and other information.

TradeJerry does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to remove, modify, restrict, or disable listings that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

7. Orders and Transactions

Where TradeJerry provides marketplace transaction functionality, the relevant transaction may be between the buyer and seller.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TradeJerry is not a party to the underlying contract between the buyer and seller.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations to buyers.

TradeJerry may provide tools or assistance for facilitating communications and transactions but does not guarantee the performance of an individual seller or buyer.

8. Pricing and Availability

Product prices, availability, specifications, and other listing information may be changed by sellers at any time.

TradeJerry may display information supplied by sellers and cannot guarantee that such information will always be accurate or up to date.

Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, charges, and legal obligations associated with their products and transactions unless otherwise stated.

9. Payments

Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through TradeJerry or through third-party payment service providers.

Users agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use payment methods that they are authorized to use.

Additional payment terms may apply to specific products, services, subscriptions, advertisements, or transactions.

10. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds may be subject to the applicable seller's terms and TradeJerry's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Users should review the applicable product and seller policies before completing a transaction.

Where TradeJerry processes a refund directly, the refund will be subject to the applicable transaction terms and payment provider processing requirements.

11. User Content

Users may submit content such as product descriptions, photographs, reviews, messages, business information, documents, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to TradeJerry, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not use TradeJerry to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity.
  • Publish false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Sell or promote illegal or prohibited products.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect information without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or deceive other users.
  • Circumvent platform security or access restrictions.
  • Use TradeJerry to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

TradeJerry and its original content, branding, design, logos, software, graphics, text, functionality, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit TradeJerry content or technology without prior written permission.

Trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on TradeJerry may belong to TradeJerry or their respective owners.

14. Image Search and AI Features

TradeJerry may provide image-based product search and other features that use image-processing or artificial intelligence technologies.

Search results generated by these features are intended to assist product discovery and may not always be exact or complete.

Users should not rely solely on automated search results when making purchasing, safety, financial, or other important decisions.

By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and upload the image.

15. Reviews and Ratings

Where reviews and ratings are available, users must provide genuine and relevant feedback based on their experience.

Users must not:

  • Post fake reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Post reviews on behalf of others.
  • Offer or accept compensation for misleading reviews.
  • Use reviews to threaten or extort another user.

TradeJerry may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

TradeJerry may provide chat, enquiry, messaging, or other communication features.

Users must communicate lawfully and respectfully and must not use these features for spam, fraud, harassment, threats, or other prohibited activities.

We may take appropriate action where communications violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

  • Your User Content.
